MICRO PULVERIZER
A built-in water circulation jacket retains grinding temperature lower than otherwise. Designs provides for admitting extra air during grinding to facilitate cool operation. Soft to medium hard materials are quickly pulverized to fine powder. Uniformly fed material undergoes a complex grinding force through attrition between liner plate & hammer tip, impact of high speed hammers and collision between particles. Bottom sieve control the particle size.
PLASTIC GRINDING PLANT
for fine grinding of plastic, HDPE, LDPE, UHMWPE, Scrap, roto-mourlding, etc. This is a high speed pulveriser and attached to a pneumatic conveying system for continuous discharge of powder without heating in single operation from granules to 46 mesh powder.
ULTRA FINE MILL
Ultra fine mills (screen less) are precisely built for grinding of soft to medium hard materials into fine powder. Built in water circulation jacket and additional air injection facility retains grinding temperature lower than otherwise. Feed is controlled via screw feeder. Annular gap plate controls the flow of material through the mill. The powder is discharged at the bottom opening, for collection. Various options available to meet users need.
JAW CRUSHER
ALFA De lumper are recommended to crush materials containing small percentage of lumps or agglomerates into uniform coarser material. Generally for lighter duties like mounting in –line with secondary grinding mill or de-agglomeration application. A single cam shaft with bottom screen crushes material efficiently, at very low power consumption.
